Bimy" Springer 31 Jan 1901.

Mary married3  Charles Samuel Springer  "Bimy" son of Franklin Eugene Springer and *Laura Jane Shook on 31 Jan 1901 in Newell, Buena Vista Co, Iowa, USA. Charles was born4  on 19 Jun 1880 in Newell, Buena Vista, Iowa, USA. He died on 12 Apr 1958 in Norman, Cleveland, Oklahoma. He was buried5  on 14 Apr 1958 in Ioof Cemetery, Norman, Cleveland, Oklahomo.

Charles was employed as Teacher, Carpenter, Manager of Lumber Yard Shelbyville, Mayor of Shelbyville, Va, Building Contractor in Norman.

Was an only child. Met Mary near Storm Lake, Iowa. They lived in Pipestone, MN briefly, between the
birth of Laura and Charles, but were back in Newell by his birth.  Charles had worked as a cooper,
making butter tubs there.  Later they moved to Shelbina, MO to be near Mary's parents, before Helen
was born.  Charles worked at a lumber yard (Cotton Lumber Co.) in Shelbina.  Cotton Lumber Co.
opened a lumber yard in Shelbyvill, and Charles moved to manage it, and built houses.  Was a
carpenter and brick layer in Norman.
