Salmon Kingsley b. 1755 - Served in the Revolutionary War

First Generation

    1.    Salmon KINGSLEY 1  was born on 17 Sep 1755 in Windham, Windham, Connecticut. He was christened in Scotland 1st Congregational Church in Windham, Windham, Connecticut by Rev Ebenezer Devotion (2) Vol 2, pg 3. He died on 23 Sep 1827 in Bucklin (now Livonia) , Wayne, Wayne, Michigan, USA. He was buried in Newburg Cemetery, Mi.

Salmon resided in Vt. He was born on 17 Sep 1755 in Windham, Windham, Connecticut. Military Service: the Revolutionary War; he answered the Lexington Alarm, in 1775. He died on 23 Sep 1857.

Salmon married (1) Althea SMITH  on 20 Aug 1777 in Scotland 1st Congregational Church, Windham, Windham, Connecticut. Althea was born on 14 Mar 1757 in Windham, Windham, Connecticut. She died on 16 Oct 1792. She was buried in Kingsley Homestead, Ira, Rutland, Vermont, USA.

Salmon married (2) Elizabeth Betsey CHUBB  in Jan 1784 in Charlton, Worcester Co, Ma. Elizabeth was born on 14 Aug 1767 in Sturbridge, Worcester Co, Ma. She died on 9 Aug 1829 in Livonia, Wayne, Michigan, USA.
